Terms & Conditions

Smoking is not allowed inside the home (including the covered patio), but you can smoke in outdoor areas such as the lawn as long as you dispose of the remains in an ash tray. The designated parking area is located directly in front of the garage. The driveway can accommodate up to 2 vehicles. There is no parking allowed on the street. For your safety, glassware near the pool is not allowed. Children under 12 must be supervised by a parent or guardian while at the pool. Consider turning off the lights and any electronics when you leave the house. But keep the Air Conditioning on! Thank you in advance for being a super guest!
